The Space:

Welcome to the Chic Haus complex in the heart of Palermo Chico! We are delighted to present our new apartments, perfectly located a few meters from Avenida del Libertador.



Our 8 units offer a total of 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a capacity for 30 people traveling together. The apartments are located on the same level, next to each other.



The apartments have 3 large private terraces, perfect for enjoying the sun and the fresh breeze. There are also

5 private plunge pools to relax and cool off on warm days.



For those who want to enjoy a good meal outdoors, we offer grills on the terrace. There is also air conditioning in all rooms so you can enjoy a pleasant temperature all year round.



Additionally, each unit has a fully equipped kitchen that can be adapted for any occasion. The single beds can be converted into a double bed if required. We also have individual sofa beds in all units.



Chic Haus is located on the first floor that is accessed only by a wide staircase.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

Palermo Chico is a residential neighborhood known for being one of the most exclusive and elegant areas of the city, and for its wide tree-lined streets, historic mansions, and green spaces. In it is the famous Botanical Garden and the Galileo Galilei Planetarium.



In addition, Palermo Chico is surrounded by other interesting neighborhoods such as Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, which are famous for their nightlife, designer shops, bars and restaurants.

It is an ideal place for tourists looking to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of an elegant and sophisticated neighborhood, while being close to other tourist and entertainment venues in the city.



Getting Around:

Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Overall, MOT can help guests with all transportation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.



Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 16:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage in our storage room from 10am. until 4pm. Without any additional cost.



Palermo Chico is one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in the city, so it's likely that potential construction projects will be taking place in the surrounding areas during work hours approved by the municipality.
