The coat closet provides convenient storage for all your outdoor gear, whether it's hiking boots, fishing poles, or skis, ensuring easy access whenever adventure calls.

Fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking and entertaining, the kitchen invites you to unwind after a day of mountain adventures. Prefer dining out? Main Street's top-notch restaurants, including Simple Eatery, HouseRock, Eddyline, The Lariat, and The Asian Palate, are just a 2-minute walk away!

SECOND BEDROOM
Experience comfort and tranquility in the second bedroom, furnished with another luxurious Tuft & Needle Queen-sized bed, adorned with crisp, fresh sheets and fluffy pillows, ensuring a rejuvenating night's sleep.

AMENITIES
Our condo offers practical amenities for your convenience, including in-unit laundry machines and wireless internet access, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay throughout your time in Buena Vista.

Guest Access:
This whole ground/garden level condo is yours during your stay!

The Neighborhood:
The location couldn't get any better! Right next to trails, the river, South Main, and Main Street Buena Vista. You can comfortably walk everywhere in Buena Vista from your door.

The Midland trail system can be accessed by walking or biking from the condo across one of two Arkansas river bridges and you will be on the dirt in 2 mins. The collegiate peaks are a close drive to take your 1st Fourteener or just drive up Cottonwood pass. Hot Springs are 15 mins away (Mt Princeton and Cottonwood).

This is your base camp for exploring Buena Vista, the Arkansas River, the Collegiate Peaks, and beyond!

Getting Around:
The entire town of Buena Vista is within a 5 min walking distance from this central location. Biking is also an excellent mode of transportation.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
