„Modernized historic farmhouse in a beautiful location! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing around the gas fireplace on the wrap around patio at the end of the day. The host was very responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The kitchen was well stocked with items you would not normally find in a rental. „Gorgeous, isolated chateau surrounded by Lodi Wine country. Home was large, spacious, and immaculate. Well appointed home even with separate wine and champagne glasses!! Dream kitchen, and even in the bunk-room there were high end memory foam beds. Backyard was spectacular with poor, spa, and pickleball court all in good working order. Fire pit and covered al-fresco dining area were bonuses! Among the best places I have stayed, and I have rented >20 homes over the last few years….“

„Halcyon House was one of the best places we've ever stayed through VRBO. Marilee has been responsive and helpful throughout the process.The location was perfect. It's an easy walk to the little city Amador, and a short drive to Sutter Creek. The house is clean, comfortable, and feels like a home without being fussy.
