„I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room was filthy upon arrival. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and inside the bathtub. The couch was dirty, and the chair had white stains on it, which was very unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible and did not meet expectations at all. This experience was nothing like what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel. ...

„It was just me and my son and I didn't feel safe there for a second. If I could have afforded to leave when I saw the place I would have left immediately. It was very dirty, no ice, no shampoo at all only tiny bars of soap. The room smelled old and hasn't been updated in probably 30 years. The entire place needs a makeup like demo the entire place and start over. The people staying in the other rooms were all under hard times, and I could tell some were living there. „The staff was nice and professional. The rooms are sufficiently equipped. The location was good for people who get around by car only but not so good for people who like to explore the neighborhood/ city on foot. Only slightly negative point was that renovation work started more than an hour before checkout time and the work included painting the walkways. Hence, we needed to walk over freshly painted ways multiple times to load our belongings into our car. But the rest was ok.“
