„This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.“

„We came here with a large contingent, and even though the house has only two bedrooms, don't let that fool you. It is quite roomy, and we easily slept seven people in the house. The views from the upstairs bedroom windows and balcony are wonderful. The owners are in their own house on site, are there when you need them, but give you your privacy as well. Access to the 2 kayaks and x-large canoe was huge benefit and that you can access another nearby lake/Dexter Pond that has awesome beauty was special. The layout of the home is very comfortable and easy. Great kitchen! We loved the garden like/in-the-woods feel to the surrounding landscape.Very special.“

„Lovely time at this clean and well kept home near Greenwood Lake in Bethel. An easy 20-25 minute drive to Sunday River, this home is well-stocked, comfortable, and remote offering a little downtime after a full day on the slopes. Teenaged boys enjoyed hot tub and ping pong table. Kitchen was clean, bedrooms comfortable, and utensils and cooking appliance / surfaces all worked well.
