Guest Access:
While travel time is less than 2 minutes on The Rock Road, for a smoother arrival, we recommend entering The Rock Road across from the entrance of Black Rock State Park. This route not only shortens the travel time on the rough road but also ensures a more comfortable transition into the secluded charm that awaits you. The Rock Road forms a loop. Please be warned, and drive 10mph or slower through the uneven road, bumps, and dimly lit entrance road. Our staff is able to access the property just fine in a small sedan if you know how to drive on unpaved roads.

Please ensure you activate your key code by signing the e-waiver (link sent to you in messages). Be sure to pull the door shut completely, and let the lock cycle finish before you try to enter (or the deadbolt will stick). If you have any issues accessing the property, please call Guest Services.

The Neighborhood:
Rural lake homes everywhere! Easy access to Black Rock Park across the street for lake/beach access. Llano boat ramp is 2 minutes away (free/public for Lake Buchanan), and within 20 minutes of LBJ, Marble Falls, and Inks Lake boat launches. The last 1,000 yards has a bumpy dirt road and a 10mph speed limit. If the speed limit is followed, cars should not have an issue getting to the property. We provide best road to access instructions prior to check-in for easy access.

Getting Around:
We have a convenient location around the hill country & Lake Buchanan, LBJ, Inks Lake and Marble Falls.

There is an adjacent apartment on this property that you can add-on to your Main House rental for a 6th bedroom or 1st floor master suite. If you do not choose to rent it out, it may be rented out by another guest (they do not have any amenity access except for the reserved parking spot for the Apartment).

We require a rental agreement to be signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & noise disturbances.

We do allow INDOOR pets only with a $149 non-refundable pet fee & reserve the right to charge for additional pet related cleanup.
