Conveniently located just minutes from Bryson City, Cherokee, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you're also only 52 miles from Gatlinburg and a 1.25-hour drive from Asheville.

Your journey begins as you wind along a scenic mountain road beside the Tuckasegee River. Enjoy breathtaking vistas and charming river views along the way. Upon entering our gated property, you'll be greeted by a tranquil stream and a paved road leading to your private sanctuary. As you ascend, glimpses of the stunning scenery at the top will build your anticipation.

Upon arrival, you'll immediately notice the serene and private atmosphere of Fontana Peak. Situated on over 8 acres, our cabin ensures a secluded escape from the hustle and bustle. The development’s gate keeps through-traffic at bay, providing a peaceful retreat.

Inside, Fontana Peak radiates quality and comfort. Drawing on our own experiences as travelers, we've thoughtfully equipped the cabin with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The fully stocked kitchen features a coffee bar with whole bean coffee, a grinder, a French press, a regular coffee pot, a Keurig machine, and a Nespresso machine, along with an array of syrups, creamers, and sweeteners to cater to every coffee preference.

The inviting living room boasts a cozy fireplace and a comfortable couch, perfect for family gatherings. Step out onto the main porch to experience the panoramic views that make this property special. Sunsets are particularly spectacular from the rocking chairs on the porch, while mornings offer a front-row seat to the mesmerizing clouds rolling over the mountains, the almost daily even that give the “Smokies” their name.

Upstairs, the master bedroom provides a private retreat for you and your significant other with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and its own porch for stargazing and relaxation.

The second master bedroom, also featuring a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, opens onto the main porch for easy access to the stunning views.

Downstairs, the game room is a hit with its foosball table, arcade cabinets, and a stocked board game closet. This space also opens to the lower porch and hot tub, where you can unwind with incredible views and starry skies. Stargazing from the hot tub is a guest favorite!

The bunk room downstairs is ideal for families, with two sets of queen-on-bottom, twin-on-top bunk beds and an attached full bathroom. This room also has access to the lower porch.

Outside, follow the winding steps to the raised fire pit area. Gather around the fire to roast hot dogs and s’mores, with firewood provided for your convenience.
