Bryan TX Songwriter Festival — October 9–10, 2026
Music lovers, mark your calendars! The second annual festival fills Historic Downtown Bryan with two days of free live music, just minutes from our door. Catch Radney Foster, Blue Water Highway, and Max & Heather Stalling on the free main stage at Main St. & E. 29th St., with VIP songwriter rounds available as an add-on.

Brazos Valley Fair & Rodeo — October 16–18 & 23–25, 2026
Two weekends of real Texas fun at the Brazos County Expo: livestock shows, mutton bustin', kids' activities, shopping, and live music. This year the second weekend also hosts the UPRA Cinch United Finals Rodeo, a championship pro rodeo in its new home here in Bryan!

Guests has a complete and private access to the entire premises for the full duration of their reservation, including all interior areas and available amenities.

Things to note:

The property is located near the railroad, so you may occasionally hear trains passing by. To ensure a comfortable and restful stay, we provide a white noise machine and complimentary earplugs.

Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate. Cleaning fee applies. For the comfort of all guests, we are unable to accommodate cats on the property.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Due to the time needed to adequately clean the unit, we are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Please book an extra night if you would like to guarantee an early check- in or a late check- out.

If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged. No parties or events are allowed, per VRBO policy.
