Not only is the space cozy and inviting, but we are also centrally located. We are close enough to be a 5 min drive to the heart of campus, but also right outside of the busy noise of College Station! :)

This space is designed and set up for guests' enjoyment. Take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The open concept living room allows for easy, memorable gatherings with loved ones. Whether your intentions are to relax or work, rest is important. We have equipped the unit with state-of-the-art beds, and linens. High speed Wi-Fi for our traveling professionals, and or our casual Netflix watchers.

This unit is located in the West Villa district, right next to the new Midtown park in Bryan, Texas. Very quiet side of town and is a short 5 minute ride into the heart of campus.

- Guest parking is limited to 2 parking spaces per unit. Additional parking can be found across the street from the driveway.
- NO smoking; any evidence of smoking will result in additional charges
- Trash day is Thursday. If your reservation happens to land on this day, it would help tremendously if you took the trash can to the curb. Thanks!
