The hotel is unfortunately getting on in years. Superficially ok but if you take a closer look you can see that it needs more in-depth cleaning and maintenance.
The service is mixed. We experienced everything from noticeable cordiality to cool processing. When the hotel debited over €500 from our credit card without explanation before we arrived, there was no explanation or apology, just a brief “I'll refund it”. In response to the fact that we had to complain about our first room because hair was stuck to the wall and in the shower, we received very good service and dedicated staff. We would not book here again on our next visit to Brussels. Price and service are not right.
