"Our room was clean and qiuet. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the railway station. The hotel is very good placed, not far away to walk into the City. The breakfast could be richer for the price we paid, with warm vergetables, plain flakes instead o mixed flaces. I did not like how we had to sit in the breakfast room. And i also think, that people dont have to work on the laptop while they are enjoying breakfast."

"For our booking of a double room with a Garden View, we got a room half in the underground (room number 100), with a window showing us the feet of people walking outside, wheels of the cars... and we were simply told "there are no other rooms available" "a room with noise is something you should accept if you book a room in a hotel in the city center". On the next day, we got another room in a higher floor and the parking fee of the first night as a compensation. Now looking back, we evaluate positively how the hotel tried to improve our mood. However the basement room remains offered to guests with the same claim of "double room with a garden view" with not a cheap price, and I believe it is unfair. I would rather expect the hotel to mention about those 2 rooms in the basement and its disadvantage, and to lower slightly the price. This way we could avoid a misunderstanding (the room itself is well equipped and the hotel location might still be attractive for many)."

From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the exceptionally warm welcome. The beautiful upgrade to a suite made our stay even more special. Rarely have I experienced such a wonderful hotel—perfectly located in the heart of Ghent, within walking distance of the city’s most beautiful monuments and excellent restaurants. "Ein sehr schönes Hotel…gut gelegen und sehr sauber. Es war alles perfekt…das Personal, das Zimmer, das Frühstück…eigentlich wollten wir nur zwei Nächte bleiben, sind dann aber fünf Nächte geblieben, weil wir uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können das Hotel zu 100 Prozent empfehlen!"

"Das Hotel war wirklich super und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Wir hatten ein großes Vierbett-Zimmer. Schöner Strand direkt am Hotel. Super Lage auch für Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."
