„Cute place, very clean & and A/C that kept us very cool which was a huge plus with it being so hot outside. Fenced in courtyard area was great if you bring a dog. Location was quiet and close to downtown. The courtyard & hot tub are shared-not private. WiFi was good too.“

„Cute house. I really liked that the driveway had a gate and nice sectioned off yard because we learned that night that we were next door to a frat house. They had a raging party behind us and started throwing trash over the fence. Then some jumped the fence and knocked on the windows at 3am. The rules say no parties and no parking on the street but both of those things are already happening all around the house. „Overall the home was comfortable but there were a few frustrations. The listing advertises baby items however the crib mattress and playpen mat both had yellow stains on them which rendered them unusable. The listing also states cookware but the pots were badly scratched/damaged so we had to buy our own to cook. The upstairs window unit is riddled with mold and the room smells musty. The location was less than ideal and I did not feel safe going outside at night. “

There was a small problem with our original property (which has now been resolved); the host graciously moved us to another upgraded property they had a couple of minutes away. Josh was super quick to respond and make accommodations, 100/10 would stay at one of their properties again!“
