„As the title states staying at the cottage was exactly what our family needed. The owners were very nice and communicative the place was clean and quiet. We had grandparents, my wife and I and our child but there's enough room here for all of us to enjoy family time but also each have our own space when needed. In terms of fishing we mainly caught channel cats and sturgeon off the dock fishing off the bottom but we're lucky enough that each one was bigger than the last. It was far enough away ...

We lucked out and found a comfortable, welcoming and beautiful place. Mary responded immediately and helped us when we ran into a couple issues. We highly recommend this place.“

The view of the lake from the large deck was spectacular, with small islands in the distance and clear, sparkling water. We kayaked around the islands and saw loons, geese on their nests, and an eagle in a pine treetop. The cabin was clean, comfort-able and well-appointed. Communication was great!“

„Our large group stayed at the cabin while in town for a Men’s Hockey Tournament. The cabin was perfect for our group, good location for Stone Lake and Hayward, and easy access. There was plenty of space and the coordination of the cabin by Cassidy was great. Location was quiet, yet accessible. Would highly recommend, it was perfect for our group.“

„This was our third visit. We have gotten pretty good at dealing with the heating issues. Cold (41 degrees when we arrived) in the lower level and hot on the top 2 floors. This time we had a new challenge. We had to limit our water usage due to the septic system being frozen. I appreciated the extra effort the owner made to have the holding tank pumped rather than cancel our reservation, but it was stressful not knowing if each toilet flush might be the one that maxed out our 1000-gallon ...

„Our family celebrated Christmas this year at this beautiful cabin. It is spacious, with lots of room for people to do different activities (games, crafts, read, cook). The kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing we could not find is a corkscrew. The table was large enough so that the entire family could eat together at each meal. There are four bedrooms and a loft. My husband and I slept in the loft. Since the loft overlooks the main common area, we used the (provided) fan for "white noise" ...
