■ Edmonson County is a dry county, so alcohol is not sold locally. If you’d like to purchase alcohol, please plan ahead or stop in a nearby wet county before arrival.
■ No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in outdoor trash containers.
■ Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

■ We’re located in a peaceful countryside area. Roads are quiet and may be narrow, and during rain or snow can be a bit slick. We recommend checking the weather before arrival and driving at a comfortable pace. An AWD/4WD vehicle can be helpful in the winter months.
■ Our home is located in a peaceful rural area surrounded by nature. While we have regular professional pest control and take preventative measures, occasional signs of wildlife (such as insects or field mice) can sometimes occur, especially during seasonal changes.
■ Please note: the home is fully electric with no gas appliances, so a carbon monoxide detector is not required.
