„All lovely and clean. Couldn’t get much closer to the canal. Lovely to look out on. Nice pubs a walk away. Family loved the hot tub and the unusual window in the living room. “

„Sehr schön gelegenes hotel, Zimmer sauber, betten bequem. “

„It was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly Polite and helpful we couldn’t have asked for anything else and I would think we will be going there again thanking the staff great fully“

„Lovely old building with original 17th century fireplace. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean although basic.“

„Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car) Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc. Stairs are a little steep. staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay. We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear ...

„Very clean property, great pub with a fantastic breakfast.“

„Stay often, so it must be good“

„Loved it. Great spot with a superb pub 10 yards from the door. Good walks into nearby towns too.“

„I didn't realise this was on a holiday park so maybe my bad there. I was picturing country pub. Lots of noise outside. Then an alarm went off at 3am for ages. The restaurant food wasn't great for the money... But great breakfast and lovely pool.“

„Beautiful location, very clean, friendly staff, delicious food. We will definitely visit again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!“

„My 2nd visit here, the staff were friendly and accommodating, room, dinner and breakfast were excellent.“

„Had a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Meals in the restaurant were the best I’ve had out for a long time. I’d travel the hour just for the food. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. It would have been flawless if there was an 2nd pillow and the door from the stairs entry didn’t bang so loundly when people walked through. Both an easy fix. Would definitely recommend“

„Good facilities friendly helpful staff comfy bed and good breakfast“
