„my family really enjoyed our stay at this property! each room was very clean and the beds comfortable, being so close to ithaca falls was an incredible added bonus as well, and our host was communicative and helpful. would definitely recommend and stay again “

„We had the most amazing stay! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful decor — every space felt thoughtfully designed, stylish, and welcoming. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable (which is rare to find in a rental!), and everyone slept so well.My daughters and their friends absolutely loved the fun karaoke stage — it made the trip extra special and created so many great memories. „Very disappointed that the hot tub wasn't hot. I called the owner and they gave some instructions about the buttons but it didn't work. They didn't get back to us. They had said to close the top but they didn't tell us that if we closed the top for a certain amount of time it would heat up. The next morning it was hot but we had to depart by 10am so we didn't get to use it. I was frustrated that they didn't get back to us in the evening and didn't sa3how long to leave it closed to get ...

„We stayed here with our whole family and had such a lovely time. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to really enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated all the amenities, which were great and made everything easy and relaxing for the whole family. The house was clean, well cared for, and felt very welcoming. A great place for a family getaway“

„This is a lovely lake view home that is beautifully furnished with views from every window. We appreciated the close proximity to Ithaca, yet the quiet serenity of its location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was just right for making small meals or a cup of espresso.“

„Relaxed two story house with a lot of rooms and entertainment. Very close to downtown Ithaca commons.“

„This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59 ...

„Great location, well stocked, very communicative hosts.“

„This was a lovely property, very clean and comfortable. It is close to many points of interest and there is a nice walking path along the river.“

„We needed to book a new place last minute and the house was great for us. We were meeting up with family and enjoyed the hot tub and the spacious dining area for a fun evening. Will definitely come back when we have more time to explore the area. Great location for walking and watching the crew teams practice.“

„The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. “
