„We loved our stay! The house was perfect for the 6 of us! We spent 4 full days just hanging out at the house swimming and kayaking up and down the river. We also loved the screened in patio. We brought an outdoor fan with us and it helped us stay cool in the July heat if we weren’t in the water. Karen was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. „Went down to Crystal River with a great friend to explore the fishing and scalloping on a last minute fishing trip. This place is perfect for two travelers. We each got our own room and shared the bathroom. There was enough room to park our truck and boat. Good location off of a main strip. Our host had great communication and even left some donuts for us during check in that came in handy when we were out on the water.“

„Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one.“

You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location.
