„I like that it was close to my daughter and new grandson. I did have to change rooms once due to missing items in the room. Suggest a checklist as the cleaning crew checks rooms peior to new check ins. Also aupply cleaning solution for dishes at least on arrival.“

„Checked in with my husband & 7years old in the evening; waiting time was forever, as the hotel receptionist was on the phone. The lobby is a construction zone, cockroaches crawling around, business center closed, breakfast room closed and moved somewhere else. The breakfast was bad, coffee was not provided. A vacumumer was standing next to the table,... just gross. Room had a dirty floor and instead of Queen beds, we got Full size! Such a joke. Dead bats in the parking lot and other ...

„Very nice young woman checked me in. Very congenial and helpful. She was able to accommodate me with a first floor suite, as I brought my 75# pup and it’s easier to get her in and out from first floor. This is our second stay while driving back and forth from MA to FL, and we give it 5 stars!“
