Blue Water Ridge is approximately 10–15 minutes by car from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and Hochatown.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Stays

Your four-legged family members are welcome at Blue Water Ridge! Enjoy morning walks, fresh air, and time together in the fenced backyard, where your pups can join in the outdoor fun.



🐶 Pets: Up to 4 pets, subject to approval.

💲 Pet Fee: $50 per pet, per night.

📝 Reservations: Please include all pets when booking so we can confirm their stay.

🧼 Policies & Details

A few helpful things to know before your stay:



Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests.



• Pets: Up to 4 pets considered upon approval. $50 per pet, per night. Please include all pets in your reservation.

• Pool Heating: Available upon advance request, subject to availability and confirmation. Rates are $200 for 1 day, $175/day for 2 consecutive days, or $150/day for 3 or more consecutive days. Heating is charged for the consecutive days requested.

• Fireplaces: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off from May 1 through September 30.

• Security Cameras: Two exterior cameras record 24/7—one at the front door and one at the back door facing the pool. There are no indoor cameras.

• Booking Verification: Our secure SuiteOp guest portal requires a valid ID, signed renter agreement, and completion of the security deposit/damage waiver process.

• Wi-Fi & Nature: Rural internet service may occasionally be spotty. The wooded setting is also home to native wildlife and insects despite regular pest control.

• Check-In & Parking: Easy self-check-in with a private smart-lock keypad and free on-site parking.
