-PRIMARY BEDROOM-
The spacious primary bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with a Casper mattress and a private ensuite bathroom. Amenities include window coverings, a USB charging dock, a Dohm white noise machine, and a 42-inch smart TV. The spa-inspired bathroom features a walk-in shower with two shower heads and an oversized sink. We provide a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

-THE KITCHEN-
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need and is the perfect place to cook a meal. We have a grinder, a 12-cup coffeemaker, a Keurig, and a French Press for coffee lovers. Coffee, creamer, tea, salt and pepper, cooking oil, and paper towels are also provided. A bench built into the island's backside offers additional seating at the dining room table when needed.

-LIVING ROOM-
The kitchen opens to the living area, with a free-standing seasonal fireplace being the focal point of this great space, along with a 50-inch smart TV. You will find a comfy sofa and chair, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and catch up or play games. The half bathroom is located right off the living room. Please note that the indoor fireplace will be turned off end of March to early October.

-THE OUTDOORS-
Every room has French doors that open up onto the back-covered patio. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or the covered back patio overlooking the quiet scenery of the forest. The private deck looks out onto an undeveloped forest with a secluded feel. You will find a seating area, a 4-person hot tub, a seasonal gas log fireplace, a Weber propane grill, and a 55-inch smart TV. With over 500 sq ft of covered deck space, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Step off the back deck and enjoy a game of cornhole, roast some marshmallows on the fire pit, or relax under the stars. Plenty of room for a boat or ATV trailer in the parking area if needed.

Copper Haven is ideal for a couple or a small family—Max of 2 adults and four total occupants. You may bring up to 2 children at no extra cost, but please bring your pack-n-play, cot, or blow-up mattress and linens. We do have extra blankets and pillows stored in the laundry room.

Fireplaces are seasonal from early October to the end of March.

No pets or animals of any kind are permitted due to the owner's personal use of space due to medical conditions. For the comfort of all guests, please select another property if pets are imperative for your stay.
