The heart of Polaris is its open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. Relax on the comfortable sofa, which converts to a queen-size sleeper, or enjoy the loveseat while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen streaming TV mounted above the hearth.



A seasonal gas-log fireplace, available from October through April, adds warmth and ambiance to cool evenings.



The dining area comfortably seats six, with four additional seats at the kitchen island—perfect for family meals, games, or gathering over coffee.



### Fully Equipped Kitchen & Laundry



The kitchen is designed for both quick breakfasts and full family meals, featuring a glass-top stove and oven, double-door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.



You'll also find a 12-cup drip coffee maker, K-Cup machine, crockpot, blender, mixer, and toaster, along with cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils.



A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry closet, with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets provided.



### Two Private Bedroom Suites



The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the main living area, providing excellent privacy for couples, families, or two groups traveling together.



Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, private TV, closet storage, and direct access toward the back porch.



Both bedrooms have their own spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in tiled shower, and double vanity—giving each room the feel of a private suite.
