Good to Know Before You Book

    Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee.

    Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.

    Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

    Event Policy

Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.

    Nature & Environment

One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

    What To Bring

We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.

    Starter Supply Details

Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:

    - Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags

    - Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies

    - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

    - Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent

    - Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar)

    - Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed

These items are intended to get your stay started and are not restocked.

    WiFi Disclaimer

WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not considered an essential service of the property. Because cabins are located in rural wooded areas, connectivity and speeds may vary due to weather conditions or regional outages.

    Fireplace Disclaimer

Fireplaces are available seasonally from October through April for guest enjoyment.

    Closing

Tributary Lodge is an excellent fit for guests who want a more elevated Broken Bow cabin with space to gather beautifully. Between the outdoor kitchen, balconies, and creekside setting, it makes group travel feel especially easy to enjoy.

Relaxing & quaint getaway

This property is nestled deep in the woods where cell phones don’t work and you can really disconnect from all the chatter of your day. 💗 The fire pit out back is nice for s’mores and gathering around with family and friends. There are multiple outdoor games on the deck for the kids (big and little) to enjoy. Massive back deck with a grill and plenty of seating. Fireplaces are a plenty here and the best thing when you want to cozy up with a good book or do a puzzle. The dining table was large enough to fit our party of 10 but there are 4 extra bar stools if you have more visitors. The bunk rooms were a hit and all the beds were so comfy! Loved that all bedrooms had their own private bath and also a half bath for use when in the main living area. Plenty of pantry space and every gadget we could need to prepare dinner. Lots of plates, cups and silverware. We were never without, even when the dishwasher was running. Love that there is a gas stove and it’s easy to prepare and cook meals here. Beautiful property with so much attention to detail. Would definitely stay again!!

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The Tributary Lodge met all our hopes and expectations and so much more! This dream home has a wonderful layout with spacious areas inside and out for conversations, places to curl up and read a book, game time with family and friends, a beautiful kitchen to gather, cook and eat together, large table and bar area for seating for all....with a hot tub to wind down in at the end of the day. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and had its own spacious bathroom. The home is very open and the large windows in every space makes you feel a part of the outdoors- which was so relaxing and enjoyable! Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool table and arcade game as well as the swings, corn hole and enjoyment outside. Our extended family was staying in The Haven's sister property, Living Water Lodge, which was perfect for their family as well. The creek behind the property for a favorite for the kids! Another special part was the lighted pathway through the woods so our families could enjoy time together all during our stay. We had a cookout with both families and there was plenty of seating on the patio and inside for all 27 of us! The home is a short drive to trails for hiking and Broken Bow Lake where we enjoyed tubing! The host was always quick to respond with any questions we had. What a gorgeous retreat time for our family! Highly recommend and hope to come back to Tributary Lodge for another memorable stay!
