I purchased this cabin to take my 3 kiddos and husband on a 3 days vacation, when we got to the cabin it was a mess beds were not made , trash wasn't taken out and there was absolutely NO water at the cabin, I had called the management company to tell them about everything upon our arrival and they told me that they had called everyone to cancel there bookings, we got no call or email to cancel anything. They then told me they would see if they had another cabin we could stay at that was clean but they weren't sure they had 1, I ended up getting a call that they had another cabin that was available that we could stay at but it wouldn't have water on until tomorrow ... that was fine. We get to the other cabin they sent us to and this one was much smaller no games or anything for the kids like the 1st cabin I had picked I really feel like it was a downgrade from the 1 I picked for us. I emailed them Tuesday morning to see if the 1st one I picked was cleaned and available and if we could possibly go back to that 1 because it was more ideal for what we were going for , they replied no water still. Long story short our trip was decent and I know weather had a lot to do with it but... communication is key and I didn't feel like that was recieved! I wish we were able to have stayed at the cabin we chose. Other then those things the cabin was nice that they sent us to.
