This HUGE cabin is ideal for gathering large groups - think family reunions, bachelor parties, corporate retreats, church groups. 6,000 INTERIOR SQUARE FEET - one of the largest interior cabins in Broken Bow! Nestled in the heart of Hochatown, it's quietly tucked away from the main road but less than a 10-minute WALK to shops, bars and food. And just a 10 minute drive from all the INCREDIBLE recreation Broken Bow has to offer! We are almost full for 2026 so book today to grab your spot!

The Space

The Range is an INCREDIBLY UNIQUE 2-acre piece of land with everything you need for a relaxing, adventurous, and memorable stay with family and friends! With accommodations to sleep up to 30 guests comfortably, there is more than enough space for large groups! There’s something for everybody.

Parking
The ONE-OF-A-KIND experience at The Range starts before you even walk in the door, with COVERED PARKING for up to 5 vehicles (UNHEARD OF for cabins in this area!) and plenty of uncovered parking spaces are also available. Charging up is easy with our TESLA CHARGER you can use for a flat fee during your entire stay. The charger is conveniently located under covered parking to keep your ride safe from the elements. And here’s something else you won’t find anywhere else -- an RV HOOKUP! So tell gramps he can bring the big rig because there’s space for him, too!

Indoors
As you enter The Range, you’re greeted by an open concept living space PERFECT for GATHERING! We believe in the power of BEING TOGETHER, so our large dining table with space for 12 - plus 5 counter stools - make it possible for your whole group to eat in one area. We even have a baby seat available so little ones can be included! There’s also overflow seating on the back porch and in the big game room! The kitchen has every appliance you need to prepare food for a crowd, including a double oven (so helpful for our holiday guests!). In the living room, comfortable leather furniture surrounds the seasonal gas fireplace and 55” TV to watch the big game or your family’s favorite classic. Bedrooms #1 and #2 are also located on the main floor.

Loft
Make your way up the stairs to the loft area and you’ll find space to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the main living area. Another 55” TV, oversized beanbag, leather sectional, and game table add more options for fun and connection on the second story. Bedrooms #3, #4, and #5 are located off of the loft.

Attached Garage
The attached garage has an epic arcade room and game room downstairs (pool table, ping pong, foosball, etc...) - and a 100 inch TV for movie nights! The upstairs of the attached garage includes bedrooms #6 and #7 (a King suite and an epic bunkroom).

Outdoors
Head out to the COVERED and SPACIOUS back porch for brunch or dinner in the outdoor eating area. Reminisce around our gas fireplace and cook your favorite summer dishes on the outdoor grill! Flip on the outdoor ceiling fans and bring down the porch shades to stay cool in the evenings.

The ENORMOUS PRIVATE POOL can be HEATED March through October for an extra fee ($129 per day), so the fun NEVER ENDS, even when the weather cools down! Note, the pool is usually covered November - February, but feel free to let us know in those chilly winter months if your group is dying for a winter dip.

Behind the pool, the hot tub for 7 is ready for relaxing under the HUGE pergola. Under the pergola you’ll find seating for late-night talks and treats around the wood fireplace. So, don't worry if it starts pouring rain, you can still make smores over the fire! Venture further into the backyard and you’ll find an open-air firepit with ADIRONDACK CHAIRS, a HORSESHOE PIT and more space to play and explore! The front yard also has a basketball hoop and a couple of balls to throw around!

Bedrooms
So where will you rejuvenate and sleep after the fun is done?

This cabin has 7 bedrooms, including 5 KING-SIZE beds with LUXURY mattresses! The bunk room boasts 6 Queen Beds and 2 XL Twin Beds - plenty of room for adults or teenagers.

The main floor primary bedroom (Bedroom #1) has a King Bed, 55” TV, and a HUGE walk-in closet. The MASSIVE primary ensuite bathroom includes a soaker tub, walk-in shower, private toilet room, and separate vanities.

Bedroom #2 also has a King Bed with 55” TV, a dedicated working space, and convenient access to a full bathroom with a shower bath.

Upstairs, Bedrooms #3 and #4 also include King Beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower baths. Plenty of storage is available to keep your personal items organized!

Bedroom #5 located just off the loft is perfect for teens and kids, with two full-sized bed and a pullout couch! A fold-out couch in the living room and two air mattresses!

Bedroom #6 is located in the upstairs of the attached garage and has a King Bed, ensuite bathroom, pocket washer/dryer, and 55 inch TV.

Bedroom #7 is an EPIC Bunkroom with 6 QUEEN BEDS and 2 XL TWINS! The Bunk room has it's own fridge, microwave and sink and can sleep 14 total - if you double up the queens. The bunkroom bathroom is downstairs attached to the arcade.

Located in Hochatown

The Range is strategically tucked away from the main roads, but close enough to WALK to Hochatown’s best restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops, food trucks, wineries, and more! No need for a designated driver;) Hop in the car and within 9 minutes you're at the lake. You’ll have Broken Bow’s GREATEST recreation at your fingertips! Whether you’re paddle boarding on Broken Bow Lake, ziplining through the forest, or hitting the area’s best trails, The Range will welcome you home after a day of grand ADVENTURE!

House Rules
- No pets please! A $500 fee will be assessed for violation of pet policy.
- No vaping or smoking of any kind
- Kindly checkout by 10am
- Maximum number of guests is 30
- Do not flush anything but toilet paper. Our home uses a septic system.

Guest Access
- You will be sent an access code for the front door the day before you arrive. Guests can check-in after 4PM.
