Welcome to Beaver's Tail, your charming and pet-friendly escape nestled in the heart of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. This brand new, 2023 constructed tiny home promises a unique and cozy getaway for you and your loved ones. With one bedroom featuring a luxurious queen bed and an additional sleeping loft equipped with another queen bed and a TV, this tiny home comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Please see the end of this description for services you can add to your stay (early/late check in or out, firewood delivery, pet fees). 

As you approach Beaver's Tail, you'll be enchanted by its picturesque location near a seasonal creek, allowing you to immerse yourself in the serene sounds of nature throughout your stay. The quaint exterior is complemented by a spacious deck, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail while soaking in the beauty of the surrounding scenery.

Step inside the tiny home, and you'll be greeted by a bright living room filled with natural light that offers all the modern comforts you could desire. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and indulge in your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or challenge your companions to a friendly board game competition for some quality bonding time.

The full kitchen is a haven for food enthusiasts, complete with a refrigerator featuring an ice maker, an oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary cookware and dining ware. Whip up your favorite meals with ease and gather around the dining island to savor your culinary creations.

A restful night's sleep awaits you in the spacious downstairs bedroom, where a comfortable queen bed and a separate heating/AC unit ensure your ideal temperature for a peaceful slumber. The stylish and modern bathroom, equipped with all the essential amenities, adds to the overall comfort and convenience of your stay.

For those seeking an elevated experience, the sleeping loft offers an additional queen bed and a TV, providing a cozy and private nook for relaxation or entertainment.

GUEST NOTES AND ADDED SERVICES: 
P E T S : *There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing pet(s). Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. Pet limit is 2. Please reach out to us if you have a special request. 
F I R E W O O D : You can opt for a starter pack of firewood to be delivered to your cabin for your stay. 6-8 pieces (depending on size) for $20. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent. 
E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.
