Comfortable Bedrooms: The main bedroom boasts a comfortable superking bed (convertible to two singles), a large mirror, and ample storage. The vibrant second bedroom offers a cosy double bed and generous hanging/storage space. Both bedrooms feature large modern shuttered windows, infusing the rooms with a bright and airy ambiance. - (Please specify bed set up upon booking)

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Broadstairs train station is approx 15 minutes by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.


Children above 5 yrs old and babies welcome, however you will need to bring your own travel cot or a travel cot and high chair package is available to hire on request, £10 for up to 7 nights (subject to availability).

Pet‑Friendly Policy
Please let your host know if you plan to bring a dog. After booking, a secure payment link will be sent to pay the pet fee. We welcome 2 small to medium dog (under 20 kg); if you’d like to bring another type of pet, just ask. Pets must be house‑trained and well behaved, kept off beds and furniture (please bring their own blanket or bed), and not left alone for long periods.
