„Location is as good as it gets in Rossland and the apartment is so full of life and character! We loved seeing all of the works of local artists scattered throughout. I'm so sick of white/grey boxes and this place is the opposite! The host was also very kind and quick to respond when there was an issue with the check in details.“

Great communication with host and responsive to questions and any little thing that arose. Even issued a small refund (of own accord) for a minor inconvenience which was addressed. West Kelowna is not my first choice when in the Okanagan, but the overall relaxing vibe of the unit and facilities helped make up for it. Host communicates well, everything was described well and my opinions seem to mirror others that have reviewed this place. I would certainly come back, my only suggestion is facecloths and pool towels (lol) - perhaps I missed them. Thank you for the great stay, we will certainly be back.“
