This stylish newly renovated house sleeps 6 and is the perfect place to stay when visiting Bristol for work or leisure. Located just a 9 minute walk from Temple Meads Train Station and closeby to the main attractions in Bristol where you will find an array of bars and resturants, as well as local attractions, it's in a fantastic spot for guests exploring Bristol. We also manage another property a few doors down in the same location which looks very similar You will walk into a newly built two bedroom house ready for your stay, this modern, convenient, fully-furnished house has all the amenities you need to enjoy your trip to Bristol. The beautiful open plan living space is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and all the glassware, a Nespresso coffee machine as well as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and a tea towel to ensure you have everything you need. The social oval dining table has 6 chairs. The living space has a comfortable large corner sofa which opens out into a double bed to sleep 2 and bedding is provided. The media wall has a smart TV loaded with apps including Netflix and a built in electric fire making for a cosy space to unwind. From the living space there are sliding doors out onto the private outdoor courtyard area which has a table with 6 chairs. There is a downstairs toilet and a cupboard under the stairs which has a washer dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. Each of the two bedrooms has a lovely king size bed with bedside lights and USB charging sockets as well as a 43 inch TV and a hairdryer. There is plenty of space for hanging your clothes with wardrobes in each room. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over a bath. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided as well as bed linen and two towels for each guest. Limited off street parking available on request, please get in touch to find out more.
