„Room O.K., Location perfect, dozens of emails upfront, digital check-in portal but it does not really work. Reception never open, door code did not work, we had to call in twice to finally receive an invoice. Digitalization is nice but it should work. All those upfront emails were friendly and precise but did not adress the real questions on how to get there, where to park, how to open the door etc... it simply is well meant but does not work. I will not come again - I preferr personal checkin ...

„Overall our stay was okay - lovely daily breakfast from our hosts and close to all things we needed on this trip. Our main challenge was the unit we booked was not the unit we were given. The first unit lacked air conditioning which was a must in extremely hot weather. We had to make several asks for the correct unit and had escalate to VRBO. All in the end was solved.“
