  • Occupying prime position within the Brisbane CBD and only 400 mtrs from Queen Street Mall, the modern and stylish apartment are perfect for quick get away.
    Not staying long? This studio is a perfect choice. Even though it`s a studio, it comes with a kitchen that includes both dishwasher and full-size fridge, as well as your own private balcony. Within the complex, you`ll also find a high-tech boardroom, fully equipped gym, excellent bar and bistro, outdoor pool, BBQ area and invigorating sauna.

    This studio is a perfect choice. Even though it`s a studio, it comes with a kitchen that includes both dishwasher and full-size fridge, as well as your own private balcony. Within the complex, you`ll also find a high-tech boardroom, fully equipped gym, excellent bar and bistro, outdoor pool, BBQ area and invigorating sauna.

    ✔︎Guests will have access to the entire property except the locked space.

    🔐 Check-In & Access

    Check-in instructions will be provided on the day of arrival once all requirements have been completed.
    Submission of a valid government-issued ID is mandatory.
    Failure to provide a valid ID will result in delays in releasing check-in instructions.
    Access details are confidential and must not be shared with anyone outside your registered booking.


    📶 WiFi

    WiFi is available inside the apartment.
    The connection is suitable for regular browsing, streaming, emails, and general online use.
    The WiFi is not suitable for high-bandwidth activities such as heavy downloads, large file transfers, crypto mining, or intensive commercial usage.
    Service interruptions caused by the internet provider are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

    Excessive staining (makeup, fake tan, dye, oil, blood, etc.) or damage will result in replacement charges.

    All dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher before check-out.
    Dispose of leftover food properly.
    Appliances must be cleaned and switched off after use.
    Do not leave food scraps in sinks as this may cause blockages.
    Failure to leave the kitchen in reasonable condition may result in additional cleaning fees.

    Please dispose of rubbish properly:

    Apartment Units:
    Garbage chute is located on each level near the lifts.

    House-Type Properties:
    Rubbish bins are located outside the property.

    Important:
    Excessive rubbish left behind may incur a disposal charge starting at $50, depending on weight and type.
    Oversized or commercial-level waste will incur higher charges.

    Hazardous Waste (Strictly Prohibited):

    Examples include:
    Chemicals or paint
    Batteries
    Gas canisters
    Medical waste or sharps
    Biohazard materials
    Large furniture items
    Construction debris

    If hazardous waste is found inside the property, a disposal fee of $100 or more will apply.

    Balcony doors and windows must remain closed while the air conditioning is running.
    Damage caused by improper use may result in repair charges.

    No excessive noise at any time.
    Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or on balconies.

    Prohibited activities inside the unit include:
    Gambling
    Illegal drug use or paraphernalia
    Unauthorized business or commercial operations
    Any illegal activity
    Violations may result in fines, eviction, or authorities being called. Penalty fees and inconvenience fees will apply.


    🚪 Check-Out Instructions

    Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM

    Before leaving, please:
    Dispose of all rubbish properly.
    Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
    Return furniture to its original arrangement.

    Keys:

    Non-carpark users: Leave keys on the kitchen bench.
    Carpark users: Take your parking card, remove your vehicle, park temporarily outside then go back and leave keys on the kitchen bench inside the property,

    Send us a photo showing where keys are left.
    Do not leave keys at reception. Reception is a separate business.
    Lost key penalty: $300 or more + locksmith fees + GST


    🚭 No Smoking

    This is a strictly smoke-free property.
    Smoking inside the unit, on balconies, or anywhere on the premises is prohibited.
    Penalty fee: $500 or more, plus additional cleaning and deodorizing costs if required.


    🧹 Reporting Issues

    Please report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 3 hours of check-in.
    Issues reported after this timeframe will be considered as acceptance of the property’s condition.
    We are always happy to assist — but prompt reporting protects both you and us.


    👥 Registered Guests Only

    Only guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight.
    Visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest.
    Unauthorized overnight guests will incur additional charges.


    🚫 Conduct & Illegal Activity

    We reserve the right to terminate a stay immediately if there is reasonable suspicion of:

Way too much communication - Alice (who I assume is some sort of AI chat bot) sends way too many messages) to date I received 13 messages about this stay. It really discourages me from using this platform again.Simplify your process and cut down the number of messages you send.Everything about the apartment itself was fine.
