Gut: Sauberkeit
The house was exactly as pictured. The indoor living areas were spacious with plenty of seating but no small tables. The singles bedrooms were small with all beds pushed against the walls which makes bed-making very difficult. While we didn't need them the two trundle beds were inaccessible in such a small bedroom. Both small bedrooms suffered from the absence of any bed-side tables or drawers - only hanging space. The kitchen was fine but the sink tap was very loose and threatening to break off and there was a shortage of storage containers. The outdoor area was good with a fridge and a BBQ. While there was plenty of room to park cars outside, our two SUVs just fitted in the garage but the door into the house could then not be fully opened. A public walkway next to the property gives you easy access to a small beach on the waterfront which was popular with our grandchildren. The drive to Bribie Island is short but at times took far too long because of bumper to bumper traffic trying to cross the single-lane bridge.
