I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this property, from I had expected a comfortable and smooth experience, especially considering I paid huge for a 3-night stay, but unfortunately, this was far from the case.
Upon arrival, the entry code provided did not work. Despite contacting the number provided for assistance, the response I received from your staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. I was told to "find the place myself" after waiting 30 minutes for assistance. Eventually, it was discovered that the wrong had been given to me. As a result, I was stranded outside for nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes, which caused me to miss picking up my friend from the airport — they had to arrange and pay for an Uber instead.
When I finally entered the property, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the space. The floor was sticky and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The sofa in the lounge
was stained and in such poor condition that it was uncomfortable and unhygienic to sit on. Additionally:
The air conditioning did not work.
There was constant noise from outside, indicating poor insulation.
The bed sheets and quilt were stained and unclean.
This experience was completely unacceptable and far below the standards expected, especially for the price paid. It not only caused significant inconvenience but also made our entire stay uncomfortable.
Based on this experience, I will not be booking with your property again.
