„This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot!“

„The actual individual condo space itself was very sharp. The interior of it was well designed and the ocean view was awesome. We loved the room. Many reviews said it was under construction, but not much more. What we found that meant was the building itself had most of the rooms unfinished. It felt like a ghost building, there were only a few rooms occupied in about 50 and almost no other people in the building. „Its the nicest property in Rocky Point. Once at the resort you could be at any high in resort in the world. Very beautifully landscaped and very friendly employees. The only complaint is the check in process. We waited 30 minutes in line to get our parking pass. You would think that could get set up and sent to a renter long before getting to the property. Side note, I wish they would clean up all the half built properties that seem like will never be completed.“

„This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home!“

„Beautiful modern place. The place needs some updates. It is set up for family. With friends, the bunk beds was good for children, not so such for adults. The water was lukewarm and no pressure. It seems to need a new water heater. Having the garage was definitely a plus for safety.“

„Great security, security guards very friendly, enclosed yard for dog, clean, great ice cold air conditioning. Showers outside to wash off. Cooked on the barbecue grill. Enjoyed watching baseball on great reception television. Privacy. Very close to town and beach. Everything was in the Casita that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of towels. Easy to find and instructions for the house. Stayed five days. Much better than the resorts.“

„The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks.“
