Royal Pavilion Gardens Apartment is a 12 minute walk from Brighton Mainline Station taking you through the North Laine, then on towards the Theatre Royal, into the Pavilion gardens and then directly to the front door of Regent House.

The apartment is on the first floor with lift access if need be.

Being at the back of the property, the kitchen, dining area and the living area all have a stunning view of the The Royal Pavilion Gardens, with its leafy trees, flower beds perfectly framing the magnificent Dome Theatre.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, washing machine and all the usual accessories. There is a small dining table for 2 and a very comfortable, tastefully decorated lounge area with sofa, coffee table, TV and WiFi.

The bathroom, albeit basic, is clean with a shower and bath with a selection of beautiful, natural, organic skincare products to try out and purchase if so wished!

At the end of the corridor is a very cosy bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bay window, overlooking Princes Place.

Please note: although this is an area of the city that is full of life, it should not be overly noisy at night.
