Set close to the border between Devon and Dorset, this is an ideal base for those wishing to tour the Jurassic Coast and beyond.

Accessed via a shared gravel drive, the private entrance door and staircase give access to this first-floor property. Once inside, you are met with an inner hallway which leads to a stylish king-size bedroom on the left, with a contemporary en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Further along the hallway is the striking open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling. Just opposite is a space to dine in comfort and an inviting lounge area with a Smart TV. Due to the setting within the eaves, there are some areas of restricted head height within the property, which only adds to its charm.

There is no outdoor space due to the style of property, however, there is an off-road parking space to the rear of the property approximately 20 metres along a shared drive, and the beach and green spaces are within walking distance.
