We had the best time making s’mores and roasting hotdogs over the open fire.The highlight for me was an evening fire in the most amazing fireplace I’ve ever seen.Loved it!“

„The cabin was cozy! We brought sleeping bags to keep warm since the temp was in the 40s at night. We especially loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds & sitting by the fire pit! It was nice to read the journal from previous guests & the welcome book had lots of local recommendations which was helpful since we didn’t have cell service. The hike up to the tower was fun, though very steep!! Overall a great stay & we hope to come again!“

The site is along-side a cleared field and in a very peaceful farm country setting but set privately in the woods. Not far from Freeport and Bath, but away from everything.
