„Booked this condo for a girls weekend, specifically because the title states in big capital letters "HOT TUB ACCESS". After seeing that in the title, the owners then expect you to read the fine print that the hot tub access is seasonal. And of course it was closed when we went. If the hot tub access is seasonal, they should put that in big fat letters in the title too. Super disappointed and the response I got when bringing it to their attention was less than stellar. „This unit was very comfortable to stay in. My family & I enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Wish there would have been an elevator since we were on the third floor, but we managed the stairs. No worries.“

„The good/great - location, roomy, comfortable and clean. Also Outpost, the manager does a great job with communications. The fair - both bathrooms and the kitchen are in serious need of updating. If this was done I would have given 5 stars. Still, good value for the money.“

„Beautiful view from the deck. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, pool/hot tub and a couple shops. Teton Village is a great alternative to staying in Jackson. Less expensive, quieter and you get to enjoy the incredible landscape all around this area. Unit specific- the kitchen is well stocked. There were a couple small maintenance issues. Good communication with rental company.“

„Absolutely wonderful!!!! True ski in and ski out, the chair lift is immediately outside your front door. The townhome was in immaculate condition and very clean. Had tons of kitchen pots/pans and utensils for cooking. We had 3 couples stay and it was more than enough space for us all and was a wonderful time!! Hot tub was super great. Would 100% stay here again the next time we come to Jackson hole! Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home!“

„The property itself was nice and definitely met our family’s needs. The bunk bedroom was great for the kids, and their community pool area is lovely! What was not great is some of the communication from the property manager. They are quick to message and say they want to provide excellent service, but when we actually needed assistance it was subpar. „The Outpost, booking host in Wyoming, was EXCELLENT, they are extremely accessible and accommodating. I would recommend Teton Village for its scenic views and places to hike and enjoying the beauty of the area. The house we rented was also magnificent and has easy access to everything but is a quiet place to stay. We will be back!“

„We booked the day before. Got a notice the day of that check-in time was being pushed back 1.5 hours. Ended up being two hours. No offer to compensate for lost time. Just told we could cancel which was not an option after driving 10 hours that day to an area with very limited vacancies.
