The grounds were saturated and it was raining during our stay so it was difficult to park into the gravel and walk across that grass over to the suite with our luggage and checking in and taking her things of all them stairs. We found no utensils and had nothing to stir our coffee with and we did not have any washcloths. The queen sweet bed was very comfortable. „This house at the white tail retreat/farm was perfect. I loved how comfy everything was and the house truly felt like a home. I loved the quiet, country setting and all the deer. We felt like we belonged!“

„Location was great! Apartment was clean and spacious. It was decorated in a boho chic style which was really cute. The beds were comfy and had tons of pillows. There were window unit ACs in each bedroom and the living room which kept the place nice and cool. We were within walking distance to restaurants and driving distance to WVU which was our purpose for traveling this trip. „We loved this historic property filled with antiques & charm. Dale was most accommodating & quick to fix a minor problem with a leaky sink. There was plenty of room for us all & lots of nice touches. From the well appointed kitchen to the thirsty towels to the comfortable mattresses, we felt well cared for the entire time. „The pictures are very accurate of the place. The bathroom is on the first floor beside the dining room. There is a TV, but no wifi so we didn't use it. The front porch was nice and cozy with a swing. There were air conditioners in each bedroom and the dining room, which kept the house very comfortable. The beds were comfortable.“
