„The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was just ok.“

„A perfectly pleasant hotel, if a little generic, What it lacked in atmosphere as a place, was lifted by the helpful, friendly and cheerful staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home.“

„Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon mal im Cliff-Hotel anläßlich einer Hochzeit bei Freunden. Der Service ist ok, die Betten gut. „OK so ..parking was good but tight .. To me the restaurant is in the wrong location..would have liked it if it was on the main floor where breakfast is served so you could have a view over the sea front while having you main meal ..rather than down below ground level .. sorry but the prices are a little high .. drink .starter .main ..half pint coke ..pate ..fish chips and peas for £32. 00 is high sorry that's my thoughts ..food was nice but still .. staff are a credit to the hotel.“

„The Boathouse (or to people like me who haven’t been in Norfolk for 15 odd years - the former Eels Foot) is a fantastic location for short or longer stays, with the broads, Great Yarmouth, Norwich and north Norfolk all easily reachable from here. The pub / restaurant is beautiful, and serves excellent food. Breakfast is a-la-carte and is excellent for the price. Mike, the proprietor, is a great host and was extremely helpful in helping us to plan the remaining days of our trip. Highly recommend!“

„Clean but a little dated hotel. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo / shower gel provided in the bathroom.“

„Very clean room staff were there when needed and always helpful breakfast was excellent very happy with everything thank you“

„Lovely big bathroom , very comfortable bed. Parking wasn’t a problem at all as parking right outside on the street .“

„Staff were all very helpful and chatty which was nice, nice cooked breakfast at a decent price, allowed us to leave our car in their carpark after checking out , which was apprieciated, will be back next year, thank you marine lodge“

„Serviced Room rather than a hotel but no problem in finding it and gaining access! Excellent for comfort and cleanliness with good shower!“
