On the ground floor, separate kitchen, living room with fireplace, bedroom (1 140 cm bed), shower room with WC. Upstairs: a bedroom (2 90 cm beds) shower room with WC. Electric floor heating + electric radiators. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, private swimming pool.
