„As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. “

House could use some more TV's if you're going with children, pinball machines did not work and neither did "workout equipment" which was an elliptical and treadmill. „Every thing was great. The beds were comfortable, and lots of comfortable chairs to set in as you enjoy an absolutely wonderful view. Communication with the host was quick and easy. „The owner was very helpful. Showed us around the property and texted us about trails and places to visit in the area. No noise was heard from upstairs. The couch was hard to get up from and the blowing tarp outside made noise, but it was a delightful stay and only 10 minutes from everything we wanted to visit!“

„We had a wonderful stay here during our spring break. Our family had plenty of space and we were quite comfortable. The house has one of the most spectacular views we’ve ever experienced at a rental while also having all of the amenities we needed to cook a few meals. Can’t wait to come again!“

„We had an wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend with our family! The house was very clean, beautifully appointed, and it felt like we were floating on the water all weekend! The views were breathtaking! We felt so at home and Kristin was so responsive and accommodating. We had such a hard time leaving and can’t wait to go back next summer for a longer stay! „Great location, very easy to get to harbor, and a great view. Check-in was easy, not having to keep a key on you was also nice. The house was very cozy, perfect for doing puzzles or drinking coffee in the morning. Lots of appliances and home goods to make it easy to cook, iron clothes, hang stuff, etc. Overall we would definitely stay again!“

„Cute home with a view of the coast. Comfy couches, well equipped kitchen. Short flight of steps to enter house. Not fancy but didn’t expect that from the accurate description. Great location for exploring Rockland. Would stay again if in the area. As a person allergic to dogs, I appreciated the hard flooring as whomever is cleaning does a great job of removing pet dander from previous users of the home. Thank you for a great stay. “

„This is our second stay at Wendy and Jim’s place. Once again it didn’t disappoint. The place is beautiful, quiet, and has everything you need. We enjoyed as much time by the water as we could taking in the Eagles, loons and the occasional seagull communal bath!!
