„It was very different to register and obtain the keys in a building a quarter mile away from the room. I tried calling the motel several times the day before to confirm our stay but no one answered the phone. This is a bare bones motel but served our needs for the one night stay. I would stay again.“

„Comfortable home, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms clean, nice to have 2/2 bedrooms/bathrooms! Only downfall was tv remotes didn’t cooperate… had to replace batteries in them. Outside thermometer was broken laying on ground, picnic table was filthy. Grounds could have been tidier! Barbecue was dirty. BUT inside was well kept!“

„Very well maintained and comfortable accommodations. Very helpful and friendly. Excellent dining and lovely outdoor patio area looking over the lake. Fred and Brock looked after us very well at dinner. Plentiful continental breakfast with really good coffee, omelettes and scones …. And my friend says the pastries too!“

„Clean, spacious oasis on the lake, owner is amazing to assit if you ever have any questions. Nice quiet and serene place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenic lake right outside your patio door. Definitely a new fav spot if mine and my daughter's. Perfect distance from stores. Yet far enough to enjoy sounds of the lake and nature.“

„This is our second time staying here and we will be coming back every year! We come to watch my best friend and her husband race at Brainerd International. The only complaint was when we went down for breakfast, we still had about 10 minutes before it ended but they were cleaning it out and unplugged the waffle maker in the middle of making a waffle, they took the syrup and utensils away while it was clear we were still getting our breakfast. Other than that, it was perfect!! “

„Very convenient location. Quiet and comfortable made for a peaceful and relaxing solo getaway. Easy parking. Variety of local dining options nearby. Only dislike—and this cannot be changed, was the bathroom was way too small—door practically hit tub and toilet. “
