„The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, but apparently there’s some kind of construction. So half of one floor had room numbers and masking tape and the other half were fine. We had a windows that leaked, and we couldn’t always get the TV to turn on. It seemed to be controlled by our microwave, turning on and off And/or someone else’s electricity. I think there was a wiring issue. There also is not enough light in the room. It was very dark. „I wanted to see Kent State so I crashed here in this hotel. I've read other reviews and I can confirm that this place seems to be serving as living quarters for construction workers. But it was alright, the room was clean and the other guests didn't bother me at all. If you're staying in Kent for one night, this is a convenient place to stay.“
