Step through the front door and discover the open-concept main level connecting the living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living area is set under vaulted ceilings and features floor-to-ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural light to spill in. Cozy up beside the gas fireplace on the plush sofa, or enjoy a new movie on the large smart TV.

The main level offers easy access to the wrap-around deck through two sliding glass doors – one through the living area and the other in the dining area. Enjoy the gas fire pit and heater with outdoor seating; relax and watch the sunset over the peaks of the Breckenridge Ski Resort before retreating to the private hot tub. Don't forget to make use of the BBQ gas grill which is situated on the deck and available for your exclusive use.

Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen offers a gas range, a large island with seating, a wine fridge, and everything you'll need for nightly meal prep. The adjoining dining area features a custom-made wood slab table with combination bench-and-chair seating for 8 to 10.

Moving to the upper-mid level, you'll find the bunk room with an exclusive hall bath, perfect for the kiddos. The uppermost level is home to the king bedroom suite which is the primary bedroom and features a king bed, private balcony, TV, and spacious ensuite bath. The ensuite features a double-bowl vanity and a large walk-in shower.

Retreat to the lower level to find a cozy den with a desk, large TV, and sofa that doubles as additional sleeping in two twin beds. The queen bedroom and full bathroom with a steam shower are situated on the lower level as well, making this a great spot for a family with children to stay. A washer and dryer are situated on the lower level for your exclusive use.

Aspen Basin offers a one-bay garage with parking for two cars total at the home. An Electric Vehicle Charging Station (J1772 with Tesla adapter) is available in the garage for electric/hybrid vehicles.
