Mountain views, and a great location steps away from the community pool and hot tubs make this second-floor condo a wonderful vacation choice! The spacious living room looks out to the slopes through big windows and a private balcony. A large TV with a DVD player and a selection of family games are available to pass the time warmed by a blazing fire in the wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided). Black-out curtains block out both light and noise. The updated kitchen features a new tile floor, cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. Right next to the kitchen is a lovely wood and iron dining set. The spacious primary suite has a big bed, a private balcony, a second TV, and a private safe for valuables.

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower second (2nd) floor - 16 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
