Newly remodeled and redecorated with all new appliances, furnishings, bedding, and carpeting, this condo also features three TVs and a selection of books, magazines, games, and puzzles to pass the time and a gas fireplace at the center of the living room. A fan and humidifier are provided for year-round comfort. The primary suite features a private safe for valuables. With plenty of beds and comfy bedrooms, this condo is the choice for groups of singles or large families.

This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
