Located in the heart of the Village in Breckenridge, this studio-style condo is the perfect getaway for couples! The QuickSilver Super Chair is within walking distance from this ski in/out building. Dine out at the numerous restaurants and bars just a short walk away! In the summer, enjoy the multiple hiking and biking trails. Or try paddle boarding at the Maggie pond!

The studio welcomes you with a living area, kitchen, and Queen bed. The couch is situated in front of a flat-screen TV and turns into a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.

The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, slow cooker, drip coffee maker, kettle, blender, and more. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the comfort of your own home before hitting the town for some adventure!

PLEASE NOTE:
- The max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines.
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you require a parking pass at $40 per day or if parking is not needed, as availability is limited and NOT GUARANTEED, especially during peak seasons. Remember to download the Village at Breckenridge app prior to your arrival, as it is essential for accessing your condo, parking, and all complex amenities.
- Parking fees will be refunded after booking for August and September reservations.

The Village at Breckenridge offers endless entertainment from a shared indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs (with limited hours - 10a to 10p), a game room, and a fitness room.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Great location
The unit is a great unit for two couples or a small family. Unit kitchen was prepared with all the things needed to eat in. Location was perfect right by quicksilver lift with only a 3 min walk to the chair. Would recommend this unit. Only issue we had was the shower drain was a bit clogged and didn’t drain well when trying to take a shower.

Absolutely terrible communication on the property, and checkin. Front desk at The Village could not help us at all. After rounds of emails we were finally able to enter the room, and there was no communication on the fact that you have to use an app to do enter room/ elevator. Batteries on the app with the door to enter the room was super finicky. Bed was not comfortable, bedding was stained with what I believe was blood spots, and not nice at all. Room was so hot all weekend. Would not recommend this room for the amount we had to pay for the 3 nights. There was absolutely nothing luxury about this room at all. Location was nice, very quick walk to town, and restaurants, easy to hop on Slope 9 for skiing.

We stayed in this room at Peak 9 Inn in Breckenridge in February 2024. The room was as described, good location and access to the slopes in Breckenridge. The check-in was not smooth, many emails from Grand Welcome and things to do before arriving, all of which I did and yet there was still one email that wasn't sent which required intervention and complicated the check-in process. The hotel staff refused to help with anything the whole time (even holding bags before check-in) because the booking was through Grand Welcome and not them. From a flexibility perspective I would give the room owner a 0 if that were a sub-option - we were staying 6 nights and a few days before checking-in I emailed to try to shorten the stay by one night due to needing to leave early for work. Whilst just outside the booking terms for changes/cancellations, given the exorbitant rate I was paying to stay here I expected some consideration or effort from both Grand Welcome and/or the owner but simply got back a "the owner is standing by the cancellation terms" message. I wrote suggesting contacting the guest staying after to try to negotiate them an additional night and other options and it was ignored and I simply the lost the money. Whilst I wouldn't dissuade anyone from staying here, the owner and Grand Welcome is not going to do you any favours so be aware of this.

Mixed Feelings
There is a lot that is great and there is a lot that is not so great. Space is tight here, you have to get creative if you want to unpack your bags and store them out of your way. We were here for 10 days, and it’s doable, but will need to hide some stuff under bed and under sink and utilize the TV stand for clothes storage. I have read some previous reviews about people complaining that it’s cold - very confused by this. We barely ran the heat and constantly had the windows open - at the end of December. There is so much residual heat from the building that the heater isn’t really needed. I will say my wife and I prefer cold at night, so for us it was tough to be cold. The location of this unit is stellar if you are trying to walk to dinner or Main Street. 10/10. If you’re trying to get to Peak 7 or 8, it’s kind of a pain to get to, using the bus system. Skiing in and out of 9 isn’t that ideal also - unless you are a “never-ever” skier bc the lift that is close to this property is the beginner lift only takes you up 1/3 of the way of Peak 9. And bc it’s a beginner lift it’s sooo slow and constantly stopping. I would call this “close enough” for ski-in ski-out (about a 1,000 foot walk, or 3-4 mins) but I will never stay in this area again, for me, it’s the worst ski-in ski-out option in all of Breck. Hot tubs - 10/10, key access at the building are annoying, have to use their pesky app for all elevators and doors - it’s terrible. Unit is nice/clean, bed was meh

Great Location
The room was very clean and it was just what we need with our 4 & 6 year olds. The proximity to the ski lifts and ski school were fantastic! There's not much that beats the convenience with two small children.

Great location but tight for more than 2 people
We were really happy with everything about this property. The location is unbelievable and everything about the process was great. The only negative was we tried to fit two adults and two kids, which it can fit, but it’s a bit tight. We knew this going in though so we can’t complain. All in all, excellent choice!

Cold stay
The property overall was okay, but had some problems that needed to be fixed. Major issue: air leaking into unit from not totally sealed kitchen windows. The negative outside temperatures did no allow the unit to heat to a comfortable inside temperature. Our stay was from a Tuesday through Friday. On Wednesday, we contacted the property management and told them of our problem with this property. They had their maintenance person come to the unit. The two kitchen windows (both can be opened) were not completely sealed and locked. One of these windows had a latch improperly installed and could not lock at all. Fortunately, the maintenance person was able to fix this issue, and get both windows to completely close and lock. He also left a space heater so we were finally able to get the unit to contain it's heat and warm up to the thermostat setting. The unit has some additional minor problems. We notified the management company of the issues on our departure, hopefully all issues were resolved. This unit is at a great location in Breckenridge, so hopefully will be satisfactory to future guests.

Perfect week for 2!
My husband and I stayed for a week and loved every second of it! We weren’t in the room much, but it was perfect for its purposes. The bed was hands down my favorite part! It was SO comfortable! My one complaint was the property management. Our car tag was supposed to scan us into the garage. However, it wasn’t activated upon our arrival. We arrived pretty late at night and when I called property management, they seemed to have their hands tied on what they could actually do for us. Thankfully, some other guests pulled in behind us and scanned their tag to let us in. Property management also had the issue fixed within the hour.
