The next time you visit Breckenridge, be in the center of everything! You can stroll downtown to your favorite restaurants and shops on Main Street – ski back to your condo at the end of your day down Four O' Clock run and the free shuttle back to the slopes stops right across the street. Talk about convenience!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is an excellent choice for up to four guests. The living area has plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, and views of the ski slopes at Breckenridge resort. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, plus all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or a full family meal! The dining table that seats four, and there’s room for three more at the kitchen counter.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, shared laundry facilities, parking for two vehicles, basic toiletries, and fresh linens. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, the condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24-hours a day to ensure your stay is comfortable and worry free.

Blazing Saddles Brechenridge

Needed a place to stay with a few friends coming up to Breck to snowboard and stumbled across this! It was the perfect space for us. Everything was clean and well kept. Had new appliances in the kitchen and a big TV so we could watch the games and relax on Sunday. 4 o’clock trail was a super fun way to end the day and be right back at the VRBO.

Great little place in the middle of Breckenridge

This was a great little place for our family. It’s very close to Main Street Breckenridge, and has easy access to the ski lift and areas. The unit had everything our family needed and was a nice quiet building. The only issue was that the hallway smelled like the dumpster from the hibachi restaurant downstairs. Luckily it didn’t come into the condo itself. We liked the place and location, so would definitely consider it for future trips.

very convenient location!

My favorite thing about the unit is that it is at the bottom of the Four O'clock to town ski run. Just cross the street and you are "home"! Getting to the slopes was easy too: a bus stop is right at the same spot. Walking distance to downtown across the creek. The unit itself is very spacious and well-equipped. Excellent view out of the windows further enhances the feeling of spaciousness. My only very minor nag is that TV sound bar is kind of terrible. Cheap bluetooth speakers sound better. Altogether excellent value, we were perfectly satisfied. Five stars plus.

Ski Trip February 2024

1) The apartment was poorly cleaned with the remaining garbage in the garbage bin, the lines were not changed on the queen bed in the bedroom, as well as one of the twin beds - the bottom bed sheets were not changed. The blankets were smelly. Also, the linens and blankets were not provided for the sleeping sofa. An unclean sheet was left inside the sleeping sofa. 2) The apartment was rented a month before the arrival for 6 people. The sleeping sofa was supposed to accommodate two people, however, it was broken, the maintenance person took the wooden planks from the sofa and brought a thin mattress cover. Two people were sleeping on the floor for entire stay. The wooden planks were never installed back, we could not even sit on the sofa , because the sofa was collapsed. 3) The posting/pictures of the apartment indicated that there are a bar stools next to the kitchen counter. These bar stools were not present in the apartment. 4) There was an issue with the electronic door lock, we could not enter the apartment multiple times. The door casing was disengaged from the wall, which indicates that the previous renters encountered the same issue with Lock. 5) Lastly, the posting description for the apartment we rented did not indicate the presence of the door Ring camera. This is a violation of the VRBO rules.

Blazing Saddles Feb 2024

Great value given its location. A short walk to Snowflake lift for skiers, and nearly ski-in (end of 4-oclock run is across the street). Spacious for a one bedroom even if space is somewhat awkwardly utilized. Slight smokey smell upon entry. Kitchen stocked with most things you would need to prepare dinners. Nice area for ski stuff plus boot driers. Be prepared for walking up steps to access condo - no elevator access and no building foyer (if these are important to you). The external doors are bit shabby and one external door seemed to be stuck open during the day (needed to slam it to ensure it closed). The inside of the interior door was also coming loose (no safety issues, but looked a bit shabby). Overall a great value - not flashy but served our needs well.

Work trip in the mountains

A group of us decided to work from Breck. Fortunately, the unit had A/C, so we were able to work comfortably during a heatwave. The internet was fast enough to keep up with video meetings and three people working all day. The unit is dark and the view isn't good through dirty, screened windows that won't open, so we probably wouldn't stay here again if we plan to work all day. But if this is just home base for you at night, it would work well. The location was perfect for stepping out during lunch break for a walk down Main St. or to sit beside the river. We chose to drive around some and explore beyond Breck, but you could easily park and never touch the car your whole trip. It is easy walking distance to the free gondola and the bus system is free as well. The entire area appears exclusive to tourists, and a lot of the smaller shop owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. The only con is that a lot of the places close early in the evening, which left us with limited options since we worked all day. The unit itself was stocked with pots/pans, towels, and such, but we never found the laundry service advertised. The beds were very firm, so not to our liking. There was also some disrepair...I made a list for the rental company to address before the next guests and was stunned when a repairman showed up the next day to work - he was told the unit would be vacant.

Condo itself was very nice. Communication was excellent. Very close to Main Street! Location is great. Building itself could use some updating. Elevator would be a great addition for lugging everything up. Also put in a decent walkway down to the river for easier walk for all ages. Again, these are building issues, not condo itself issues. Would highly recommend condo,booking experience. Would stay here again!

Great locaction

The property is very comfortable with a couple or small family, great location. You can walk half block to the main street where all the shops and restaurants. And the gondola was 10-minute walking distance but you can also take the free shuttle bus right across the apartment. Great location at this price.

Perfect for weekend get away

Great location, close to mainstreet, very walkable to enjoy Breckenridge in the fall. The property was a great value - plenty of room and well equipted kitchen so we could linger over coffee and breakfast, hike and browse in Breck and enjoy a great dinner at one of the many restaurants in town. So close to main street

We stayed for the weekend for Oktoberfest. All we had to do was walk around the corner and we were on Main Street. Lots of restaurants and shops. We didn’t use our car once. Will definitely keep this place on our list to stay for next time.

Nice downtown location

Conveniently located right downtown. Main street with shops is a couple minute walk from the property. We were in town to submit a couple mountains. Location for us was perfect. Host was very responsive to anything we needed.

Location cannot be beat

We had a seamless process from booking through checkout. The condo is right by all the action but without any noise. Plenty of room to spread out and a well-stocked condo. When we had a question/need and reached out to the mgmt co, they were super responsive and helpful. We will be back and will look to rent here again.
