Summary:

Welcome to your home base in Breckenridge. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium at Crystal Peak Lodge sleeps up to 6 and puts you close to Peak 7 and Peak 8 adventures with access to resort amenities.



The Space:

Designed for easy mountain days and relaxed nights, this comfortable condo accommodates up to 6 guests across two ensuite bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms showcase magnificent views, and the living area offers flexible sleeping with a sofa-sleeper for two.

Cook at home in the full kitchen, newly stocked with utensils and appliances, then gather for meals before heading out. You’ll also appreciate fresh updates like new lampshades and linens, plus a new washer and dryer for added convenience (new carpet is on the way). After time on the slopes or trails, unwind at the building’s communal amenities, and store gear in the ski lockers just off the slopes at the base of the building. One underground parking space is included.



Guests enjoy access to Crystal Peak Lodge amenities (indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and fitness center), plus additional amenities at One Ski Hill Resort, including a 2-lane bowling alley and two movie lounges. A shuttle is available to Peak 8.

Important Things to Note

• Occupancy: The max occupancy includes adults, children, and infants.

• Parking: Underground parking is available for 1 vehicle on the bottom floor of the building.

• Stairs: The home has stairs. Please see photos for details.

• Connectivity: WiFi is provided; however, due to Breckenridge’s mountain location, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Ski storage: Ski lockers are available just off the slopes at the base of the building.

• Early check-in/late checkout: Based on availability and requires approval. Requests must be received by 10:00 AM local time the day prior to departure and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60, depending on hours requested.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets may result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive (season/traffic permitting), you’ll find Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve, the Peak 7 and Peak 8 bases, the BreckConnect Gondola, Breckenridge Nordic Center, nearby Peaks/Shock Hill trails, and the Blue River Plaza/Riverwalk. Guests also have access to One Ski Hill Resort amenities and a shuttle to Peak 8.



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Crystal Peak Condo

The location was as advertized. It was close to the lift. The view from the living room and deck are terrific. The place could use a little cleaning however, especially the deck. Also, unfortuately, on Thursday, my wife and I went back to the until at 1:00 PM. We were LOCKED OUT!!! After numerous phone calls to management, we were finally able to re-enter the unit using "new key cards" around 2:00PM.We were told that management changes the key card codes on Thursdays. We had no advance warning. This is totally unacceptable. In the future, management really needs to correct this item. I understand this is no fault of the owners, but someone needs to communicate this better. Sincerely,Paul and Renee Moravek

Incredible ski-in ski out location, awesome condo

This is an incredible location for ski-in ski-out at Breckenridge, located at the quiet Peak 7 base.Getting from the parking garage in the building to the condo was a breeze. The condo is literally 10 feet away from the elevator (there are so few condos here and the condo is well insulated so we couldn't hear the elevator at all). Then it's only a 30 second walk to get from the condo to the ski lockers where we conveniently left our skis/poles/boots for the duration of our trip. It's really nice getting situated at the indoor ski lockers, and then walking 50 feet to the chair lift. Hard to beat this setup...In terms of the room itself, it was overall fantastic. Clean/modern/comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom setup with a great kitchen. Amazing views of the ski slopes from each room, including the balcony.The only real hiccup we had was the WiFi was unreliable, most of the time simply not working at all. Note - the living room TV with streaming services did work since this was hardwired to internet, but wireless devices struggled to maintain internet. The host was extremely responsive but unfortunately we were unable to get this resolved, which did impact our trip for one of our guests who had to spend time working remotely.This condo is also situated nicely that we were able to take a free shuttle ride into the main town area (5 min drive) for dinner. The only walkable restaurant is Sevens, super close. Highly recommend this condo!

With a ski locker downstairs and a walk directly out to the Independence Super Chair, place is fabulous. View out of the unit is of Peak 7 and the lift. Can’t wait to book again.

Best ski in ski out on the mountain.

Lovely condo, plenty of room, well furnished. Loved sitting in front of fireplace after hitting the slopes all day. Hot tub at the complex was wonderful, could sit in front of the ski lift and watch skiers coming and going while soaking. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and roomy. Washer and dryer were conveniently located beside the well stocked kitchen for easy access to cleaning your ski clothes. Ski locker was steps away from the lift. Short ride to town for dining and shopping. Really great location! Will definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful condo with easy access to the Gondola

We were impressed with the condo from the moment we walked in. The condo was beautiful, extraordinarily cleaned and spacious!! The bathrooms were also top notch!! The views out the windows and off the balcony were amazing and peaceful. We got to see a moose on our first night as we stood on the balcony!! Our family absolutely loved and enjoyed the easy gondola access which we took plenty of advantage of to go to the adventure park, to go swimming at one ski hill, to go into downtown for a day of walking and shopping. On our way back from downtown the gondolas were shut down due to lightning but we were quickly able to board a bus that took us right to the property. I love the gondolas/bus system, both of which stop directly at this property, getting around is so easy and convenient!! We also enjoyed family game night at the big and spacious dining table as well as family movie nights on the multiple big screen televisions. We were visiting in the off season but the adventure park kept us entertained for an entire day (highly recommend visiting in the summer!) It was fast and easy to be able to take the gondola back to the condo for lunch and then return for more adventure park fun. We also felt like we had the entire building to ourselves which we loved!! There were family games outside on the mountain facing side, we enjoyed shuffleboard, jenga, checkers, etc. We would definitely visit and stay here again!!

Crystal Peak rental

Luggage carts are dirty and have flat tires, cheap toilet paper and tissue, coffee maker didn’t work and wasn’t replaced until day 3 or 4 day stay, pillows are not comfortable. Also it should be mentioned that there is no air conditioning. It is in a nice area and convenient to Main Street but could use a few improvements.

Great Location - Gone Downhill

I've stayed here and at the sister property about 5x now. There is no staff on property, so for any interaction, you have to go to One Ski Hill. The ski locker room, one of the biggest benes of the place had its door blocked as well as all others, the only exit to the lifts was at the far end of the property. Overall its not a place I would stay again. Never recovered properly after Covid IMHO.

Best location

We have been renting in this building for many years, and love the location. Best in Breckenridge. The apartment is roomy and has all you need. The only issue that we have most of the times is the poor cleanliness. We guess they have little time to turn around the apartment between guests and must be understaffed. This time it was a bit extreme there were glass splits all over the living room carpet and furnitures were covered in an impressive layer of dust. It took a bit insisting for somebody to come clean it up (we would have done it ourselves, but there was no vacuum cleaner). The rest we just cleaned ourselves. We still loved it.

Amazing Accomodations at Peak 7

Crystal Peak Lodge at 7 was an amazing, first class experience. The staff and people around account for everything and you are never left wanting anything. No question is ever met with a negative response. This place is worth the price of admission for a first class, ski in ski out experience. Only complaint would be that we couldn't get the room below 74 degrees.

Incredible location, unit needs attention

There is no better place to stay as far as the location goes. Rentals are right downstairs, the chairlift for peak 7 is literally steps away, the ski locker is so convenient. However, the unit is not as incredible. The lamp shades in the master have gross stains on them, the beds, pillows and linens are as cheap and uncomfortable as they could be. The living room furniture is mismatched and uncomfortable, the kitchen isn’t properly outfitted and there is NO housekeeping service! Overall this is clearly an investment unit that the owner doesn’t visit or pay much attention to. We stayed over a holiday weekend and expected a lot more from the unit considering the price we paid. Our friends stayed in the same building on the floor above and they had a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for them. We would return to the property but not this unit.

Perfect location

The location is perfect and some call it the local’s lift, there was almost never a wait. You walk right out to the lift. The hot tub and pool have a perfect view of the mountain. The condo was nicely appointed and even had humidifiers and fans.
