Bright and welcoming with vaulted ceilings and impeccable finishes, the upper level is the hub of the home and thoughtfully combines the gourmet kitchen, dining area, and great room. Textured stonework, exposed hand-scraped wooden beams, and boutique-style lighting offer upscale accents that complement the modern décor.

A gorgeous kitchen has everything you need and more to whip up family meals with Wolf appliances including a 6-burner gas range, double sinks, double dishwashers, massive refrigerator and a huge center island with extra seating.

Take in the gorgeous mountain views through the floor-to-ceiling windows or relax on the sofa and catch up with family and friends beside the gas fireplace. The dining table comfortably seats 14 in bench and chair combination seating. Bring the outdoors in with the accordion-style doors that fully open to the upper deck with additional seating.

On the upper level is a primary king suite with TV, sitting area and stunning views. Enjoy a beautiful ensuite featuring a soaking tub and large shower. A second king suite also has its own ensuite.

ABOUT THE AREA
Located in the exclusive Shock Hill neighborhood of Breckenridge, Summit at Shock Hill offers convenient access to the Breck Connect Gondola’s mid-station stop (8-minute walk). The home has walking access to the Breckenridge Nordic Center trails. Not a skier? No problem - the Gondola is also a fun and convenient way to commute to Breck’s Main Street for an afternoon of shopping and lunch without having to deal with parking. Summit at Shock Hill is located approximately one mile from Breck’s Main Street.

Summit at Shock Hill is next to the 5-bedroom Alpine Grandeur residence. Reserve both homes for a family reunion or a corporate retreat.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
